How SMS Magic texts work on an intake

Open is New Lead: just came in, not reached yet. Personal Injury and Employment share the same first-touch machine (the Emp Flow is still labeled New PI). Class Action has no automated intake text. Catch-all is not a live Salesforce Flow.

This map is what the Flows we opened actually do. It does not cover calls, the dialer, Hona, or a future rebuild. Please-sign on retainer sent is SMS + email.
